Below we present the most important rules in a summarised form — in case of discrepancies or detailed questions, the full version of the regulations shall prevail.

General provisions

These regulations set out the rules for providing services and staying at Villa Verdi Pleasure & SPA, al. Obrońców Westerplatte 20, 84-360 Łeba (hereinafter: the „Property”).

Making a reservation, paying a deposit or signing the registration card constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

Reservations and payments

Reservations can be made online (booking engine at www.villaverdi.pl), by phone at +48 603 577 576, by email (verdi@villaverdi.pl), in person at the reception desk, or via external booking platforms (OTAs).

Prices are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT. A mandatory local tourist tax may be added in accordance with the resolution of the Łeba City Council.

Cancellation terms and deposit

The deposit amount, cancellation terms and the option to change the stay dates are specified individually in the terms of each chosen offer. For non-refundable reservations, cancellation, no-show or failure to use the reservation results in forfeiture of the amount paid.

The balance for the stay should be settled on the day of arrival during check-in, unless the terms of the selected offer state otherwise.

Check-in, hotel day and check-out

The hotel day runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day. Check-in requires the presentation of a valid photo ID and signing of the registration card. The number of guests in the room must not exceed the number stated in the reservation confirmation.

Non-registered persons may stay in a Guest’s room only with the reception’s consent, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Requests to extend a stay should be made at the reception no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Vacating the room after 11:30 AM results in an automatic charge of half a day’s rate according to the reception price list.

Stay rules

Quiet hours apply throughout the property and garden between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

A strict no-smoking policy applies in all rooms, on balconies and terraces, and in common areas. This includes tobacco products, e-cigarettes and any vapour-emitting devices. Violations result in an additional fee of at least PLN 500.

For fire safety reasons, the use of personal heaters, irons and other electrical appliances that are not part of the room equipment is prohibited (this does not apply to chargers and power supplies).

Wellness & SPA zone and swimming pools

The zone is reserved exclusively for registered Guests. Pools and jacuzzis are not supervised by a lifeguard — use is at your own risk. Children under 12 may use the pool and jacuzzi only under the constant supervision of an adult.

The sauna and Wellness Saltwood zone is reserved exclusively for persons over 16 years of age. Bringing and consuming alcohol within the entire SPA zone is strictly prohibited. Detailed rules are posted at the entrance to the Wellness zone.

Pets

The Property accepts pets up to 7 kg, subject to prior notification at the time of booking and the Property’s approval. A pet stay fee of PLN 100 per night applies. Pets are not permitted in pools, jacuzzis, the Wellness & SPA zone, saunas or treatment rooms.

Kids Club

The Kids Club is a self-service area — no permanent supervision by animators is provided. Children remain under the supervision and full responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. The trampoline and jungle gym may be used only by children up to 12 years of age.

Liability

Guests bear full material responsibility for any damage to the property’s equipment caused by themselves or their visitors.

The Property is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, electronic equipment, jewellery or other valuable items unless they have been deposited at the reception safe.

Complaints

Any concerns regarding the quality of services should be reported to the reception immediately, allowing us to take appropriate action. Complaints may also be submitted after the stay by email or in writing. The Property handles complaints within 14 days.

Data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling reservations, providing hotel, catering and SPA services, communicating with Guests, fulfilling legal obligations and — subject to consent — marketing activities. Final provisions

In matters not covered by this summary, the provisions of the full property regulations and Polish Civil Code shall apply. Any disputes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Property’s registered office.
