Yes. We are serious about it. From 10 PM to 7 AM you should behave so as not to disturb other guests. We care about everyone. Nearby is the „party street” where you can have fun until dawn and make new friends from the holiday;)

The number of places on our paid parking is limited – reservation is required. You can also park „on the street” if available. However, it should be remembered that in Łeba in the summer season there is a paid parking zone. At a distance of 200m from the villa there is a very large paid guarded car park, which always has free spaces

Yes. We love all pets, but we only accept small hairless dogs (hair only) for an additional fee. Unfortunately we do not accept loud dogs, which can be burdensome for other guests of the property. We also do not accept cats, hamsters and other animals.

Yes. We invite you and your kid to the Kids club. Please note that there is no supervision, but there are board games, a PlayStation, a ball pit, coloring books, a large drawing board and a monkey grove.

Yes, we provide an extra baby cot with bedding – extra charge. This baby cot can be accommodated in every room. Price for children: up to 3 years – no extra charge in room with parents on existing beds. Older children and adults can stay on an extra bed or a sofa bed. Prices for an extra bed in individual rooms are available in the price list.

Yes, every booking, whether by email or telephone, will be summarised and confirmed in an e-mail. Any changes to the booking must be confirmed by email, the best way to avoid mistakes. Online Bookings are always confirmed by an automatic e-mail message.

Always cancel your Reservation by email. You Can call us first, but ultimately we need to get an email from the account that was previously used to handle this booking.
