§1
The guest of Villa Verdi Pleasure & SPA is obliged to complete and sign the registration card. In case of refusal, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to give the key to the room, and the cancellation policy applies unchanged.
§2
The room in the facility is rented for days. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of rental to 11:00 the next day.
If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the hotel Guest should report at the reception by 10:00 on the day on which the room rental expires.
The property will accommodate the request to extend the stay if possible.
Extending the stay in the room beyond 11:00 is considered an extension of stay. If the Guest leaves the room after 11:30, the reception booking program may charge a fee for half a day of renting a hotel room at full prices.
The hotel guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he paid the fee has not expired. Non-registered guests can stay in the hotel room from 8:00 to 22:00. The presence of a person not registered in the room of a hotel Guest after 22:00 is tantamount to consent by the tenant of the room for paid accommodation of a person not registered in the room of the hotel Guest, according to the full prices applicable on the day of check-in.
§3
Please note that the pool is open daily from 09:30 until 22:00. Please note that the swimming pool is only available to hotel guests. Staying at the date of the pool and using it and the jacuzzi is at your own risk. Guests are required to read the separate pool rules. Use of the swimming pool and terrace with sun loungers is free of charge.
The pool is 1.35m deep and is not guarded by a lifeguard. Parents are fully responsible for children staying in the hotel – especially in the pool and its surroundings. Children up to 12 years of age can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi only when accompanied by an adult. It is forbidden to jump into the pool and run in its vicinity.
§4
The facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of concerns regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately at the reception, which will allow the staff to react.
§5
The facility is not responsible for loss or damage to money, securities, valuables, RTV equipment, jewelry, other things and valuables or items of scientific or artistic value, if these items are not deposited at the reception.
§6
The property and in the garden are quiet from 22:00 to 8:00 the next day. During the curfew hours, Guests and people using the services of the facility are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other guests in any way.
§7
The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the facility caused by his or her or her visitors’ fault.
In the event of a breach of these regulations, the facility may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the facility’s staff, settle the amount due for the existing services and to pay for any damage and destruction and leave the facility.
The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the hotel regulations, causing damage to hotel property or guests or damage to the person of guests, employees of the facility or other persons staying in the facility, or otherwise disturbed the peace in the facility.
§8
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices in hotel rooms that are not part of the room equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies of RTV and computer devices.
The hotel room, corridors and terraces are non-smoking. In case of breaking this prohibition, the Guest will be charged an additional fee of PLN 500.
Each time the Guest leaves the room, he should make sure that the door is closed.
§9
Personal belongings left in the hotel room by the departing guest will be sent back at his expense, to the address indicated by him. If you do not receive such an instruction, the object will store these items for 2 months and then hug them.
§ 10
A person who is a guest of Villa Verdi Pleasure & SPA for the first time is not able to use a loan.
The property reserves the right to request payment “in advance” for guests staying at the property for the first time. At the time of refusal, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to give the key to the room.
The receptionist has the right to ask for payment of the credited bill earlier than at departure, when the bill exceeds PLN 1,000.
§ 11
By signing the registration card, the customer undertakes to rent a room for a given period, for a given price, and thus pay a fee for the entire declared period upon arrival at the hotel.
It is not possible to shorten the previously declared period of stay in the facility (in accordance with point 13).
§ 12

After receiving confirmation of the availability of the date, a deposit should be paid in the amount specified by the receptionist, or such as is required for a specific offer available through e-commerce systems, including your own reservation system.
The deposit should be paid to the account of VVHM sp. z o.o., provided on the website www.villaverdi.pl in the price list section, within 3 working days from the moment of booking and confirmation of the reservation or by online payment immediately after confirming availability in the facility and making a reservation.
After receiving the required amount of the deposit, the reservation becomes guaranteed, about which we inform the customer. In the case of a possible refund of the deposit paid by the online payment system or by credit card, a handling fee is charged, which is the equivalent of the commission previously collected by the operator. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival in cash or by bank transfer. On the day of departure or on an ongoing basis, guests are subject to additional obligations resulting from additional orders arising during their stay.
Settlements of credit card and e-transfer transactions are carried out via online payment systems (mElements).
§ 13
Payment of the deposit to the indicated account number, by on-line payments or directly at the hotel reception or guaranteeing the reservation using a credit card is tantamount to acceptance of the Villa Verdi Pleasure & SPA regulations and booking conditions.
Cancellations can be made, but there is usually a cancellation fee. These costs are in accordance with the individual booking conditions.
In the case of “no-show” or in the case of shortening the stay during it, the facility does not refund the payment already made for the stay, and if the payment has not yet occurred, the Guest is obliged to pay for the entire booked stay.
The property has the right to charge for the reservation at any time from the moment of booking.
It is not possible to shorten the previously booked stay.
§14
In accordance with Art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016. (OJ. UE L 119 of 04.05.2016), the service provider informs:
a) the administrator of personal data is: VVHM sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw; NIP: 5273037660, KRS: 0001013798; operator Villa Verdi Pleasure & SPA in Łeba, al. Obrońców Westerplatte 20 street, 84-360 Łeba, Poland, Lębork District, voivodeship pomorskie.
b) contact with the Data Protection Inspector – verdi (@) villaverdi.pl
c) personal data of the service recipient will be processed in order to use hotel services – based on Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016.
d) recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities involved in the provision of services
e) personal data of the recipient will be stored for a period of 10 years
f) the service recipient has the right to demand from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing and the right to data transfer
g) the recipient has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body
h) providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in the refusal to provide the service / contract.
i) by sending an e-mail or providing his/her personal data by telephone or other means of communication, the Guest accepts that VVHM sp. z o.o. becomes the administrator of his personal data.
